AI Search Visibility Tool Pricing for 7 Trackers Compared
AI search visibility trackers cost $29 to $549 a month on published plans. HeyAmos, Peec AI, Otterly.AI, Searchable, Semrush, Ahrefs Brand Radar and Profound priced from their own pages, then compared on what one tracked prompt per engine really costs.

AI search visibility tools cost $29 to $549 a month on published plans, and most teams land between $95 and $400. Otterly.AI starts at $29, Peec AI at $95, HeyAmos at $99, Searchable at $125 and Semrush's SEO plus AI bundle at $199. Ahrefs lists Brand Radar custom prompts from $50 and its AI Visibility Index at $199. Profound offers a 7-day trial and then quotes. Paying yearly takes 15% to 20% off at most of them.
The sticker price hides the number that matters, which is how many prompt checks you get. A prompt is one buyer question ("best AI marketing tool for a small agency"), and each engine you track multiplies it. That is why a $99 plan can cost six times more per answer than a $489 one. Below, every vendor is priced from its own US pricing page, then compared on that per-check basis.
AI search visibility tool pricing compared
| Tool | Plans, per month | Prompts included | Engines tracked | Frequency and annual terms |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyAmos | Starter $99, Growth $249, Pro $399, Enterprise custom. Agency plan $299 | 25, 50 or 100 prompts per engine | ChatGPT and AI Overviews; AI Mode from Growth; Gemini and Perplexity on Pro. Claude, Copilot, DeepSeek as add-ons | Weekly runs, repeated per model |
| Peec AI | Starter $95, Pro $245, Advanced $495, Enterprise quoted | 50, 150 or 350 prompts | Any 3 models you choose | Daily, about 16% off yearly |
| Otterly.AI | Lite $29, Standard $189, Premium $489, Enterprise from 1,000 prompts | 15, 100 or 400 prompts. Extra 100 for $99 | ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot. Claude, AI Mode, Gemini as add-ons | Daily, 15% off yearly |
| Searchable | Pro $125, Scale $400, Custom quoted | 100 or 500 prompts | ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity. Others on Custom | Daily, 20% off yearly |
| Semrush SEO plus AI | Starter $199, Pro+ $299, Advanced $549 | 50, 100 or 200 prompts, 1 domain on Starter | Google Search, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and others | Daily, about 17% off yearly |
| Ahrefs Brand Radar | Custom prompts from $50, AI Visibility Index $199 | Set by the plan you pick | AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot; Claude on higher tiers | Check whether your Ahrefs plan is also required |
| Profound | 7-day trial, then quoted | 50 prompts in the trial | ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews in the trial; up to 9 engines on Enterprise | Quote only |
Peec AI's dollar prices are what its own pricing page serves to US visitors; it also lists euro prices for Europe, so a review quoting €85 or €205 is not wrong, just priced for a different region. Semrush's figures are its SEO plus AI bundles, which include the full keyword and site audit toolkit, so do not compare them line for line with a tracker that does only AI answers.
How much does HeyAmos cost?
HeyAmos costs $99, $249 or $399 a month for a single brand, with a custom Enterprise retainer above that. Starter tracks 25 prompts each on ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews and gives you a weekly list of the top actions to take. Growth doubles the prompts to 50, adds Google AI Mode, and includes five content pieces a month written by its agent. Pro tracks 100 prompts on five engines (ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity), includes 25 content pieces, and adds prompt research and trends. Claude, Copilot and DeepSeek are add-ons on every plan, priced on request.
Agencies get a separate plan at $299 a month: a multi-brand workspace, 250 prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews, 10 one-time pitch audits a month, 20 actions, 5 content pieces and 5 seats, with ongoing client retainers priced per brand. HeyAmos runs each prompt several times per model every week rather than once a day, which is a sound way to smooth out how much AI answers vary, but it means fewer data points per month than the daily trackers.
Where HeyAmos differs from the cheaper trackers is execution. It hands you specific actions each week and drafts content for them, which is why it costs more per prompt. If you want measurement only, Otterly or Peec give you more checks for the money. If you want the tracker to also tell you what to publish, the premium buys that.
How much does Peec AI cost?
Peec AI costs $95 a month for Starter with 50 prompts, $245 for Pro with 150 prompts and $495 for Advanced with 350 prompts, or $80, $205 and $420 a month paid yearly. Every plan tracks three models you pick, daily, with unlimited users. Projects scale from one on Starter to two on Pro and five on Advanced, and Advanced adds multi-country tracking and a Looker Studio connector. Enterprise adds API access, SSO and up to 13 models.
Unlimited seats on every plan make Peec easy to roll out across a marketing team. The constraint is the three-model cap: if you need ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini all at once, you pay for an extra model or move to Enterprise.
Otterly.AI, Searchable and Profound pricing
Otterly.AI is the cheapest way in: Lite is $29 a month for 15 prompts, Standard $189 for 100 and Premium $489 for 400, tracked daily on ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot with unlimited team members. Extra prompts are $99 per 100, and yearly billing cuts the plans to $25 and $160 a month at the first two tiers. API and MCP access start at Standard.
Searchable is $125 a month for 100 prompts on three engines and $400 for 500 prompts, both tracked daily. Unusually, both plans include article writing (20 a month on Pro, 80 on Scale) and site audits, and Scale adds white-label reports. Yearly billing saves 20%. Other engines such as Claude, Copilot and Grok are custom add-ons.
Profound publishes no paid price. The pricing page offers a 7-day trial with 50 prompts on three engines, then Enterprise on quote with up to nine engines including Claude and Copilot. Budget for a sales cycle and a contract rather than a card payment.
What a prompt check really costs on each plan
Divide the monthly price by prompts times engines and the ranking flips. This is the cleanest way to compare trackers that bundle different engines, and it is the first number to ask any vendor for.
| Plan | Monthly price | Prompts x engines | Cost per tracked prompt and engine |
|---|---|---|---|
| Otterly.AI Premium | $489 | 400 x 4 = 1,600 | $0.31 |
| Searchable Scale | $400 | 500 x 3 = 1,500 | $0.27 |
| Searchable Pro | $125 | 100 x 3 = 300 | $0.42 |
| Peec AI Advanced | $495 | 350 x 3 = 1,050 | $0.47 |
| Otterly.AI Lite | $29 | 15 x 4 = 60 | $0.48 |
| Peec AI Starter | $95 | 50 x 3 = 150 | $0.63 |
| HeyAmos Pro | $399 | 100 x 5 = 500 | $0.80 |
| HeyAmos Growth | $249 | 50 x 3 = 150 | $1.66 |
| HeyAmos Starter | $99 | 25 x 2 = 50 | $1.98 |
Two caveats keep this honest. Frequency differs: Otterly, Peec and Searchable check daily, HeyAmos weekly with repeated runs, so a daily tracker gives you roughly seven times the raw readings. And the premium plans are not selling checks alone. HeyAmos Pro includes 25 content pieces and Searchable Scale 80 articles, so part of their price is production, not measurement.
Which tracker fits your budget
A small business or a single product. Start with 15 to 50 prompts that a buyer would type right before choosing a vendor: "best X for Y", "X alternative", "X pricing". Otterly Lite at $29 or Peec Starter at $95 covers that. Spending more before you have pages worth citing buys you a detailed chart of being absent.
A B2B SaaS or services marketing team. 100 to 150 prompts across ChatGPT, AI Overviews and Perplexity is the practical range: Searchable Pro at $125, Otterly Standard at $189, Peec Pro at $245 or HeyAmos Growth at $249 if you want weekly actions and content drafts. If you already pay for Semrush, check its AI tracking before adding a second tool.
An agency. Look at the agency plans first, because they price by workspace instead of by brand: HeyAmos at $299 with 250 prompts and pitch audits, Peec's agency tiers, or Searchable Scale with white-label reports at $400. Billing a client $500 to $1,500 a month for AI search reporting covers any of them several times over.
The tracker is the small half of the budget
Every one of these tools does the same first job: it shows you the buyer questions where an AI assistant recommends your competitors and the pages it quotes when it does. The fix is almost never technical. Assistants cite pages that answer the question directly, compare named options in a table, state prices and dates, and get repeated by other sites. Most companies that buy a tracker find they need five to twenty such pages they do not have yet.
That production is what costs real money. A freelance writer charges a few hundred dollars per comparison page, and an agency several thousand a month. It is also the part AiMarketer does: the agent plans the pages and campaigns around your buyer questions, writes the comparison, pricing and alternatives pages, and launches the posts and ads that send people to them, with nothing going live until you approve it. Starter is $49 a month and Growth $149, so a tracker plus the agent usually costs less than the tracker's own premium tier. We explain why content written this way ranks in does AI content rank on Google, and SaaS teams can see the full workflow on AI marketing for SaaS.
One check worth doing before you buy anything: confirm that AI crawlers can actually read your pages. A JavaScript-heavy pricing page that renders blank to a crawler will never be quoted, whatever the tracker says. Running your key URLs through a web scraping API that returns clean, LLM-ready text shows you what an engine sees, and it often explains a zero visibility score faster than a month of tracking.
For the wider budget picture, AI marketing platform pricing covers every other line item, from writing tools to ad automation, and AI content generation shows what the agent produces for each page.
Frequently asked
How much does HeyAmos cost?
HeyAmos costs $99 a month for Starter (25 prompts each on ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews), $249 for Growth (50 prompts each on ChatGPT, AI Overviews and AI Mode, plus 5 content pieces), and $399 for Pro (100 prompts on five engines and 25 content pieces). Enterprise is a custom retainer. The agency plan is $299 a month with 250 prompts and 5 seats.
How much does Peec AI cost?
Peec AI lists three plans in US dollars: Starter $95 a month with 50 prompts, Pro $245 with 150 prompts and Advanced $495 with 350 prompts. Each plan tracks three AI models of your choice with unlimited users and daily tracking. Paying yearly brings them to $80, $205 and $420 a month. Enterprise is quoted.
What is the cheapest AI search visibility tool?
Among tools that publish a price, Otterly.AI Lite is the cheapest at $29 a month ($25 paid yearly) for 15 prompts tracked daily on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot. Ahrefs lists custom prompt tracking in Brand Radar from $50 a month. Both are fine for a first look, but 15 prompts covers only a handful of buying questions.
How much does Profound cost?
Profound does not publish a paid price. Its pricing page offers a 7-day trial with 50 prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, then an Enterprise plan quoted per account, plus an agency plan built on credits per client workspace. Third-party roundups put its entry point in the hundreds of dollars a month, so ask for a written quote at your prompt count.
Are AI search visibility tools worth it?
They are worth it once you have pages that could be cited and someone to act on the findings. A tracker shows which buyer questions name your competitors instead of you and which sources the engines quote. On its own it changes nothing: the gain comes from publishing the comparison, pricing and answer pages it points to, which is usually the bigger cost.
Does Semrush track AI search visibility?
Yes. Semrush bundles AI search tracking into its SEO plus AI plans: $199 a month with 50 prompts tracked daily for one domain, $299 with 100 prompts and $549 with 200 prompts, or about 17% less paid yearly. That suits a team already paying for Semrush SEO, but per prompt it costs more than a dedicated tracker.
