What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website, the free live campaign demo, and the early-access list. They are offered by the operator of the AiMarketer brand ("AiMarketer", "we"), reachable at contact@aimarketer.com. The full product has its own terms, presented when your access opens.

The honest status of the product

AiMarketer is in early access. Joining the list reserves nothing but a place in the onboarding queue: it costs nothing, requires no card, and creates no obligation on either side. We onboard in waves and will email you when your spot opens. We make no promise about dates.

The live demo

The demo generates a sample marketing campaign with an AI model, free of charge. It comes with no warranty of any kind: the output is a machine-generated draft, it may be wrong or unsuitable, and you are responsible for anything you do with it. Do not paste confidential information into the demo. Automated scraping, bulk querying or attempts to abuse the demo are not permitted; we rate-limit it.

Planned pricing

Prices shown on the pricing page are planned launch prices. Our commitment: the planned price you see when you join early access is the price you pay as a founding user at launch. Until you pick a plan at launch, nothing is charged.

Acceptable use of this site

Do not attempt to breach, overload or disrupt the site, harvest other people's data from it, or misrepresent your identity when joining the list. We may remove entries that are abusive or automated.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design and the AiMarketer name belong to us. Demo output generated for you may be used by you freely; we claim no rights in your business information.

Liability

This pre-launch site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the demo. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
