What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website, the free live campaign demo, and your account. They are offered by the operator of the AiMarketer brand ("AiMarketer", "we"), reachable at support@aimarketer.com. The same terms cover the paid plans, together with the plan, price and billing period you choose on the order page.

The honest status of the product

Creating an account costs nothing, requires no card, and creates no obligation on either side. After you confirm your email you can sign in, and the agent writes you one 90-day marketing plan free of charge. That free plan is a single document, is not renewed, and is not part of any paid plan.

Renewals and failed payments. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. When a new billing period begins, the payment for that period is due and your access continues. If the charge does not go through, we retry it; after 2 days without payment the workspace is paused until the payment goes through, and the payment for the period remains due. Cancelling after a new period has begun only switches off later renewals; it does not cancel the payment for the period that has already started. Such a renewal charge is not refundable, and your access continues until the end of that paid period. The fee is for access to the service for the period, not for using it, so not having used the service is not a ground for a refund.

The live demo

The demo generates a sample marketing campaign with an AI model, free of charge. It comes with no warranty of any kind: the output is a machine-generated draft, it may be wrong or unsuitable, and you are responsible for anything you do with it. Do not paste confidential information into the demo. Automated scraping, bulk querying or attempts to abuse the demo are not permitted; we rate-limit it.

Pricing

Prices shown on the pricing page are the published prices for each plan. Until you pick a plan, nothing is charged. Once paid, charges are final; the only exceptions are listed in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use of this site

Do not attempt to breach, overload or disrupt the site, harvest other people's data from it, or misrepresent your identity when signing up. We may remove entries that are abusive or automated.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design and the AiMarketer name belong to us. Demo output generated for you may be used by you freely; we claim no rights in your business information.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the demo. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
