Refund Policy
Effective 14 October 2026. What happens to money once it has been paid.
Plainly put, AiMarketer does not refund subscription payments. There are three exceptions, all set out below. The live campaign demo shows you what the agent produces before you spend anything, and you can turn off renewals yourself whenever you like.
What a payment buys
Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions to the AiMarketer workspace, with the brands, channels and limits listed on the pricing page. You pay for the agent and the workspace being available to you during the period. The price is not per campaign, per post or per report, and the full period is yours from its first day whether the agent publishes daily or sits idle.
Starting a plan is a request that we begin the service immediately. Where a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period would otherwise apply, you accept that it ends once the service has started.
Situations we refund
Exactly three, each only where our records support it and only up to the charge concerned.
- You were billed twice. A fault in our billing charged the same period two times.
- The charge was not yours, and that can be shown. Your card was used without your authority, you report it to us within 14 days, and the account and payment records agree. The records decide, not the claim, and we may ask you to confirm that the misuse was reported to your card issuer.
- The workspace did not work at all. A confirmed fault on our side left AiMarketer completely unusable for an unbroken period, you reported it as it happened, and we could not restore it. A slow agent, one channel connection failing, an ad platform rejecting a campaign, or a problem on your side is not included.
A refund we grant is the whole of our liability for that charge, never more than you paid for the affected period, and is returned only to the card or account the payment came from. It gives no right to a further refund.
Situations we do not refund
- You changed direction, paused marketing, hired an agency or decided you no longer need the agent.
- The workspace was used little or not at all during a paid period.
- A renewal was collected, including one that went through after failed attempts.
- You assumed the plan was paid once. Every plan renews, as the pricing page, checkout, confirmation email and billing settings all state.
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date, or cancelled just after it.
- Campaign results: clicks, leads, sales, ad spend efficiency, or the tone and accuracy of AI-written copy. Outcomes depend on your offer, budget and market, and the demo lets you judge the output first.
- A feature you expected is not described on the pricing page, or works differently from your assumption.
- Ad accounts, social profiles or email lists on your side were suspended, restricted or misconfigured.
- You bought the wrong plan, term or number of brands.
- Remaining days after you cancel. Access lasts to the end of the period and is not pro-rated.
- Someone you gave access to, such as a colleague, freelancer or agency, used the account.
Asking for one
Write to support@aimarketer.com from the email address on the account within 14 days of the charge. Say when you were charged, how much, and which of the three situations applies. Requests made after 14 days or through any other channel are not reviewed. They are handled in the order received, without a guaranteed response time, and declined requests are not reopened.
Renewals and cancelling
Your plan renews until you cancel it in billing settings, which you can do on your own at any moment. Cancelling ends all future renewals straight away and keeps the workspace running until the paid period is over. It is not a refund request.
When a new period starts, its fee is due. If a card is declined the amount stays owed and is retried over the next days on the same invoice, so a retry is not an extra charge. Cancelling while a retry is pending stops later renewals but does not cancel the invoice for the period already begun, and that renewal is not refundable. Cancel before the renewal date shown in billing settings to avoid it.
Chargebacks
Disputing a charge with your bank without contacting us first breaches our Terms of Service. We then close the account permanently and send the records described below to the card issuer.
Records we keep
Creating an account means accepting the Terms of Service, of which this policy is a part, and the Privacy Policy. The plan, price, term and automatic renewal are shown before you pay and repeated in your confirmation email.
For each subscription we keep the purchase time, the plan and price shown at checkout, your acceptance of the terms, the emails we sent you, and an account activity log of sign-ins, campaigns drafted and published, channels connected and settings changed, with technical details recorded as they happened. Our payment operator holds its own record of every charge, including where the card was issued, where the payment came from and the result of bank authentication such as 3D Secure. Claims of unauthorised charges are judged against these records.
Purchases before 14 October 2026
A subscription bought before 14 October 2026 keeps the refund terms that were in force when it was bought.
