Who we are

This website is operated under the AiMarketer brand ("AiMarketer", "we"). For anything in this policy, contact us at contact@aimarketer.com.

What this site collects

This is a pre-launch website. It exists to show you the product and, if you choose, to put you on the early-access list. It collects only what those two things need:

• The live demo. The business description and goal you type are sent to our AI provider once, to generate your sample campaign, and the result is returned to your browser. We do not store your demo input or output, and we do not use it to train any model.
• The early-access list. If you request access we store your email address, the optional company name you provide, a confirmation code (until you confirm), the time of confirmation, your IP address and basic attribution (such as which page or campaign brought you here). We use this to confirm you are real, to tell you when your spot opens, and to understand which pages convert.
• Server logs. Like almost every website, our server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page, user agent) for security and debugging.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not train public AI models on anything you give us.
• We do not send drip campaigns: joining the list gets you a confirmation code and, later, an email when your spot opens. That is the deal.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Who processes data on our behalf

Three kinds of providers touch data for us: hosting (serving this website), email delivery (sending your confirmation code), and the AI model provider that generates demo output. Each receives only what its job requires.

How long we keep things

Early-access entries are kept until launch onboarding completes or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed entries are periodically deleted. Technical logs rotate on a short schedule.

Your rights

Email contact@aimarketer.com from the address in question and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your entry removes you from the early-access list.

Changes

If this policy changes materially before launch, the effective date above changes with it and the current version always lives at this address. Related reading: our Terms of Service.
