Who we are

This website is operated under the AiMarketer brand ("AiMarketer", "we"). For anything in this policy, contact us at support@aimarketer.com.

What this site collects

This website exists to show you the product and, if you choose, to create your account. It collects only what those two things need:

• The live demo. The business description and goal you type on the homepage are sent to our AI provider once, to generate your sample campaign, and the result is returned to your browser; we do not store that input or output. The free 90-day plan after sign-up is different: the business details you give for it and the plan the agent writes are stored in your account. Neither is used to train any model.
• Your account. If you sign up we store your email address, the optional company name you provide, a confirmation code (until you confirm), the time of confirmation, your IP address and basic attribution (such as which page or campaign brought you here). We use this to confirm you are real, to contact you about your account, and to understand which pages convert.
• A paid plan. We store what you give the agent to work with and what it produces: brand briefs and guardrails, the work and its earlier versions, the email addresses of your team members, the client addresses you send white-label reports to, the results you upload or that your connected ad accounts and email tools report, the keys or tokens you paste to connect them (kept encrypted), your single sign-on settings (company domain, identity provider details and its secret, the secret kept encrypted), and an activity log of who did what in the workspace. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach us.
• Server logs. Like almost every website, our server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page, user agent) for security and debugging.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not train public AI models on anything you give us.
• We do not send drip campaigns: signing up gets you a confirmation code, and a fresh 6-digit code whenever you ask to sign in. On a paid plan you also get the mails the service itself sends: your weekly report, reminders for scheduled posts, approval requests to your team, sign-in codes for team members, and notices about your plan. Every mail has an unsubscribe link, and we keep the list of unsubscribed addresses so they stay unsubscribed.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Who processes data on our behalf

Four kinds of providers touch data for us: hosting (serving this website and your workspace), email delivery (confirmation codes, reports and reminders), payment processing (subscriptions and invoices), and the AI model provider that writes the agent's work. Each receives only what its job requires.

How long we keep things

Account records are kept until you ask to be removed. Unconfirmed entries are kept only to stop repeated abuse of the sign-up form and are deleted when you ask. When a paid plan ends, your brands and the agent's work stay in the account so you can come back to them; ask us and we delete them. Technical logs rotate on a short schedule.

Your rights

Email support@aimarketer.com from the address in question and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your entry removes your account record.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you specific rights over your data and they apply here. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold (access), have anything wrong corrected (rectification), have it deleted (erasure), have us limit what we do with it (restriction), or receive it in a portable format. You can object to any processing we base on legitimate interests, and where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, which does not undo anything lawful we did before you withdrew it.

The legal bases we rely on. We process your account data to provide the account you asked us for. We process server logs, IP addresses and abuse signals under our legitimate interest in keeping this site available and free of abuse. Where we ask for your consent, consent is the basis, and you can take it back.

Transfers outside the EEA. Some of the providers described above process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How to complain. Email us first and we will try to put it right, and in any case we answer rights requests within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority in your country, and you do not need to go through us to do it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it and the current version always lives at this address. Related reading: our Terms of Service.
