Audiology marketing agency pricing runs from $149 to about $1,000 a month per service on the prices agencies actually publish. Google profile and simple website plans cost $149 to $345, managed websites with patient messaging or SEO cost $495 to $999, and Google Ads management starts at a flat $197. Setup fees reach $1,000, ad spend is billed on top, and the full-service hearing care agencies that quote put their own programs at $2,500 to $6,000 a month.
Search for this and you mostly get agency essays with a range and no price list, cost estimators that only cover websites, and trade-press articles written before over-the-counter hearing aids existed. This page lists the firms that print a fee on their own site, what each one covers, the setup and the terms, then adds up year one and the number of fittings each fee has to produce.
Audiology marketing agencies that publish their prices
Each row comes from the company's own pages. Several fees are starting prices, and ad spend is extra in every row.
| Company | What the fee covers | Monthly fee | Setup, term and ad spend |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ear Level Marketing | Hearing practices only. Website, then website plus patient texting and email. Google Ads run for a flat fee. A CRM for patient follow-up. A 60 day reactivation campaign | $495 or $795 a month. Google Ads $197 a month. CRM $495 a month. Reactivation $895 per location | Setup $750, $1,000 or $500. Ad spend paid to Google directly. Postcards and texts billed per piece |
| Always Do Better | Start Getting Leads is a site with an AI intake that books evaluations. Grow in Google adds monthly SEO content, Google profile management and lead attribution | $249 or $597 a month | Month to month. You own the site, domain and leads. Ad spend not included |
| AudiologyGMB | Google Business Profile only: optimization, posts and offers, citation sync, review building and reports. For practices with at least one audiologist | $345 a month per practice | Month to month, 10 percent off yearly. Extra locations quoted |
| GMR Web Team | A medical agency with audiology pages. Practice website, Google and AI search marketing, paid ads, Google profile and reputation | Site from $149, SEO from $999, profile $199 a month. Ads $300 or 15 percent of spend, whichever is higher | Profile setup $199. No long-term commitment on SEO. SEO price is for one location |
| IriScale | AI marketing software with an audiology plan, or a managed service with a strategist doing the work | $200 or $400 a month. Managed from $1,000 | Setup included. Cancel anytime, about 20 percent off yearly |
| AiMarketer | Software that writes and launches hearing test ads, reactivation emails, referral letters, review requests and posts after you approve each one | $49 to $499 a month | No setup fee. Growth at $149 adds every channel and budget optimization |
Quote only, so not in the table: AudiologyDesign, Audiology Plus, AuDSEO, Audiology Intelligence, Beeman Marketing, Onspire Health Marketing, Healthcare Success, Thrive, Cardinal and Audigy, which sells marketing as part of a membership. Ear Level Marketing also still has a 2023 offer page with lower website prices. We used its current service pages and would ask which schedule applies before signing.
What the ranges you read online actually are
Most numbers quoted for this question are estimates written by agencies, not prices. Clicks Geek says most audiology practices invest $2,500 to $6,000 a month. A directory of hearing care agencies gives $2,000 to $8,000. An SEO firm puts audiology SEO at $1,500 to $4,000. Those figures usually blend the agency fee with the ad budget, and they come from firms that sell the top of the range. They are useful as a ceiling, not as a quote.
The published fees above are lower because they price one service each. A practice that wants a website, Google Ads, its Google profile and reactivation handled by one firm will stack two or three of those rows, which is how real invoices reach the $1,500 to $2,500 range before ad spend.
Hearing aid marketing packages fall into three bands
$149 to $345 a month, one channel kept up
A templated practice website, or a Google Business Profile that someone posts to and builds reviews on each week. AudiologyGMB, GMR Web Team's site plan and Always Do Better's entry plan sit here. This band suits a practice whose phone already rings from referrals and that mostly needs to look current when a referred patient searches its name.
$495 to $999 a month, a managed channel with work every month
Ear Level Marketing's website with patient messaging, Always Do Better's SEO plan and GMR Web Team's search plan. The difference from the first band is recurring production: monthly content, patient texts and emails, attribution of calls to sources. Google Ads management is usually a separate line, from a flat $197 at Ear Level to the higher of $300 or 15 percent of spend at GMR.
$1,000 a month and up, a managed program
IriScale's managed service, stacked services from one firm, and every full-service hearing care agency that only quotes. You pay for a strategist, several channels at once and someone accountable for booked appointments. For a single clinic with one audiologist, the schedule can only absorb so many new evaluations a week, which is the real cap on how much program a practice can use.
What year one costs before ad spend
A monthly fee hides the setup charge. Here is year one for one plan from each firm above, at the published price, without ad spend.
| Plan | 12 months of fees | Setup | Year one |
|---|---|---|---|
| AiMarketer Growth, ads you fund yourself | $1,788 | None | $1,788 |
| Ear Level Marketing Google Ads management | $2,364 | None listed | $2,364 |
| AudiologyGMB profile plan | $4,140 | None | $4,140 |
| Ear Level website | $5,940 | $750 | $6,690 |
| Always Do Better Grow in Google | $7,164 | None listed | $7,164 |
| Ear Level website with patient messaging | $9,540 | $1,000 | $10,540 |
| GMR Web Team SEO, one location | $11,988 | None listed | $11,988 |
| IriScale Managed | $12,000 | Included | $12,000 |
Then add ad spend. Audiology agencies commonly suggest $1,500 to $5,000 a month on Google, so a single clinic at $2,000 a month adds $24,000 a year. That turns GMR's search plan into roughly $36,000 and our Growth plan into roughly $25,800. Ear Level's $895 reactivation campaign is a one-time charge per location and sits on top of any row.
How many fittings the fee has to add
HearingTracker's 2025 price survey found buyers at private practices paid about $3,601 a pair on average, and $2,694 across every channel including Costco and over the counter. Using the private practice figure as revenue per fitted patient:
- $345 a month (AudiologyGMB) needs about one extra pair a year.
- $795 a month plus $1,000 setup (Ear Level website with messaging) needs about three.
- $999 a month (GMR Web Team SEO) needs about three or four.
- $2,500 a month (the low end of what full-service agencies say practices invest) needs about eight or nine.
That is revenue, not margin, and it leaves out ad spend, which needs its own return. Hearing Review puts lead generation at $400 to $1,000 per new patient, so a fee that already requires eight pairs plus ads at $700 a patient asks a lot of a one-audiologist schedule. It also leaves out your existing patients. Someone you fitted five years ago is a cheaper upgrade than any stranger from an ad, and a reactivation campaign to that list is usually the best money a hearing practice spends.
How much an audiology practice should budget
Hearing Review authors put a typical marketing budget at 5 to 10 percent of revenue, and an ASHA Leader column suggests 8 to 10 percent. A practice with $800,000 in yearly revenue lands at $40,000 to $80,000 a year on that rule, fees and ad spend together. A $2,500 a month program fee alone is $30,000 a year, three quarters of the low end before a single click is bought, which is why the fee line deserves the hardest look.
Questions to ask before you sign
- Who owns the website, the domain and the ad account? Always Do Better says you own the site, domain and leads. Ask everyone else in writing.
- What does the report count? Clicks and calls are easy to inflate. Ask for booked hearing evaluations and fittings by source each month.
- How is ad management priced as spend grows? A flat $197 and a fee of $300 or 15 percent of spend, whichever is higher, are $103 apart at $1,000 of spend and $553 apart at $5,000.
- Who signs the business associate agreement? Any firm that uploads your patient list for reactivation or review requests handles protected health information and needs a BAA.
- How are reviews requested? Ask every patient the same way, never in exchange for a gift. If the agency does not run this, dedicated review request software sends the ask after each fitting and keeps the timing consistent.
When software is the better buy
If your website is fine and what never happens is the weekly work (the hearing test search ads, the reactivation email, the referral letter to the family doctors, the review request), you are paying an agency mostly for production. That is the part software now does well. AiMarketer drafts each piece in your practice's voice, checks it against the claims you block, launches it after you approve it and reports every Monday. Growth at $149 a month runs ads, email and social with budget optimization, with no setup fee and no minimum term.
We are not a website builder, an office management system or a texting platform, and if you want direct mail designed and a strategist on the phone, an agency from the table is the right call. The vendor prices for office management, texting and review tools are on our audiology marketing software page. If you plan to run search ads yourself or with a freelancer, compare affordable PPC management fees against your spend. Practices weighing a similar decision in eye care can compare optometry marketing agency pricing.
Questions about audiology marketing agency pricing
How much does an audiology marketing agency cost?
Audiology marketing agencies that publish a price charge $149 to about $1,000 a month per service. Google Business Profile and simple website plans run $149 to $345, managed websites with patient messaging or SEO run $495 to $999, and Google Ads management starts at a flat $197. Full-service hearing care agencies quote, and their own guides put programs at $2,500 to $6,000 a month.
How much does audiology marketing cost per month?
For one clinic, audiology marketing usually costs $1,500 to $5,000 a month all in: an agency or software fee of $200 to $1,000 plus $1,500 to $5,000 of Google and Meta ad spend, which is the range audiology agencies themselves suggest. A practice that only wants a website and its Google profile maintained can spend $345 to $795 a month with no ad budget.
How much should an audiology practice spend on marketing?
Hearing Review authors put a typical hearing practice marketing budget at 5 to 10 percent of revenue, and an ASHA Leader column suggests 8 to 10 percent. A practice with $800,000 in yearly revenue would budget $40,000 to $80,000 a year on that rule, agency fees and ad spend included.
What is the cost per new patient for a hearing practice?
Hearing Review puts lead generation at $400 to $1,000 per new patient. Against the $3,601 average a pair that HearingTracker survey buyers paid at private practices, a new patient who buys covers that cost several times. A patient who tests and does not buy does not, which is why follow-up matters as much as the ad.
Do audiology marketing agencies require long contracts?
Most of the ones that publish terms do not. Always Do Better and AudiologyGMB are month to month, GMR Web Team says it requires no long-term commitment, and IriScale cancels anytime. Ear Level Marketing sets its terms out separately from its price pages, so ask for them in writing. Setup fees run up to $1,000 and are not refundable.
Is an audiology marketing agency worth it?
An agency is worth it when its fee is a small share of the hearing aid revenue it adds. At $3,601 a pair, a $345 a month Google profile plan needs about one extra pair a year to cover itself, and a $999 a month SEO plan needs about three or four, before ad spend. Ask for booked evaluations, not clicks, in every report.
