Med spa marketing agency pricing runs from $1,450 to $9,870 a month in fees on the prices agencies actually publish. SEO alone costs $750 to $2,500 a month for one location, a program with ads starts at $1,495 to $2,000, and full programs run $3,000 to $9,870. Setup ranges from nothing to $10,000, and ad spend is extra everywhere. Most of the well known aesthetic agencies publish no number at all and quote after a call.

The fee is the smaller surprise. The larger one is the ad budget an agency expects you to bring: one agency below sets a $5,000 monthly minimum on its entry growth program. Here is every published price we could read on the agencies' own pages in October 2026, what year one adds up to, and how many visits the fee has to produce before it pays for itself.

Med spa marketing agencies that publish their prices

Each row comes from the agency's own site. Ad spend is extra in every row where the agency states a position, and several fees are a starting price.

Redefine Web A bundled med spa retainer, or SEO or pay per click alone From $1,499, then $2,499 and $3,999. Single channel $999 to $2,499 SEO setup $1,500 to $5,500. 6 month initial term on SEO. You own every account
Eze Advertising Weekly filming and content for Meta, then Meta ad management and a lead center $4,000 or $7,000 a month 3 month contract. Recommends a $5,000 to $10,000 ad budget
Seoteric Local SEO and social ads, with more work in each higher package From $1,500, $3,000, $5,000 or $8,000 a month Term not stated. Ad spend not included
The Search Sherpa Local SEO only, priced by market $1,500 to $2,500 suburban, $2,500 to $4,500 in a competitive metro $2,000 one-time roadmap. Month to month, no contract
AiMarketer Software that writes and launches ads, emails and posts after you approve $49 to $499 a month No setup fee. Growth at $149 adds every channel and budget optimization

Three different products sit in that table. SEO consultancies such as Skinspire and The Search Sherpa sell rankings and your Google profile, and do not run ads. Ad managers such as Tandem charge for running Google Ads and nothing else. Program agencies such as Pronk, Med Spa Magic and Beauty Brand Builders bundle ads, follow up and content into tiers, and price the tiers by how large your practice already is. Pronk says so directly: Launch is for practices at $250,000 or less in revenue, and its $5,500 program is for those above $500,000.

So the first question is which of the three you are short of. A med spa with a full schedule from referrals and a weak Google presence needs the first kind. A new location with empty rooms needs ads this month, and SEO will not fill a chair before spring.

Med spa marketing companies that only quote

Several of the largest names in aesthetics do not publish a number. That is not a reason to avoid them, but you cannot compare them before a sales call.

  • Growth99. Plan names and features are public, and every plan says pricing is available on request.
  • Plastix Marketing. No prices. Its contact form starts its budget brackets at under $5,000 a month and ends at $20,000 or more.
  • Aesthetic Conversion. No pricing page on its site.
  • Incredible Marketing, Rosemont Media and Firm Media. Aesthetic and plastic surgery agencies with no published fee.
  • Crystal Clear and Aesthetic Brand Marketing. No dollar figure we could read on their own pages.

Roundup articles fill the gap with ranges, and some of those are already out of date. One city listicle we checked shows Click Track's top tier at $6,500 and Pronk starting at $2,500, while both agencies' own pages now say $5,500 and $2,000. Read a third-party figure as a lead to verify, never as the price.

What med spa marketing agency pricing adds up to in year one

A monthly fee hides the real size of the decision. This is twelve months of fees plus setup, before a dollar of ad spend.

Route 12 months of fees Setup Year one before ads
AiMarketer Growth, ads you fund yourself $1,788 None $1,788
Skinspire, SEO only $17,400 $999 $18,399
Pronk Launch, one ad campaign $24,000 None $24,000
Med Spa Magic, The Magnet, 6 month commitment $41,940 Waived $41,940
Click Track Momentum, SEO plus Google and Meta ads $42,000 None listed $42,000
Beauty Brand Builders Advanced $58,800 None listed $58,800

Now add the ads. Med Spa Magic's entry growth program requires at least $5,000 a month in ad spend, paid to Meta from your own account. Twelve months of that is $60,000, which takes the $41,940 in fees to $101,940 for the year. That can be a sound purchase for a practice at AmSpa's average revenue of $1,398,833. It is more than 7 percent of that revenue on one agency and one channel.

The Med Spa Magic onboarding fee is worth reading twice as well. It is $6,000 on that program and is waived with a six month commitment, but the agency's page says the waived fee comes due if you end early. A waived fee with a clawback is a term, so count it as one.

How many visits a med spa marketing agency has to add

AmSpa's 2024 State of the Industry report puts the average med spa at 245 patient visits a month and $527 spent per visit, with 73 percent of patients returning. Use the visit figure as the unit.

  • A $2,000 fee needs about four extra visits a month to cover itself.
  • A $3,500 fee needs about seven.
  • A $3,500 fee plus a $5,000 ad budget needs about sixteen.
  • A $9,870 fee needs about nineteen before any ad spend.

Those are revenue break-evens by our division, and they flatter the agency, because product and provider time come out of that $527 first. A fair bar is two to three times the count above. Sixteen visits is 6.5 percent more traffic for an average practice, which a working ad program can deliver. Nineteen extra visits to cover a fee alone is a harder case to make for a practice half that size.

On the cost side, LocaliQ's 2026 search benchmarks report $39.25 per lead for beauty and personal care and $40.04 for physicians and surgeons, the two nearest published categories. At roughly $40 a lead, a $5,000 budget should produce around 125 inquiries a month. If a proposal projects far fewer, ask why. If it projects far more, ask for the account it came from.

How much should a med spa spend on marketing?

No neutral survey answers this. The number most often quoted is 7 percent of revenue, with a range of 2 to 15 percent. It comes from Growth99, a marketing vendor, which attributes it to the AmSpa 2024 report. On the average AmSpa practice that is about $97,900 a year, or $8,160 a month, by our arithmetic.

Growth99's own 2026 report, summarized on AmSpa's site, says 52 percent of med spas invest less than $2,500 a month and only 25 percent reach $5,000. Set that next to the table above. More than half of practices spend less on all marketing than the entry fee at most program agencies, before ads. That is the real reason so many owners feel priced out. The agencies are built for the quarter of the market that already spends $5,000 or more.

Questions to ask a med spa marketing company before you sign

  1. What is the minimum ad budget, and who pays the platforms? Every agency above that states a position bills ads separately. The good ones have you pay Google and Meta directly from accounts you own.
  2. What is the initial term and what happens to a waived setup fee? Ninety days then month to month is the common pattern. Six months appears on Pronk's upper programs and on Redefine Web's SEO.
  3. Who owns the ad accounts, the website and the CRM? Med Spa Magic, Redefine Web and Click Track say in writing that the client does. One of the CRMs sold with these programs is a white-labeled platform, so ask whether your contacts and automations leave with you.
  4. What counts as a result? A form fill, a booked consultation and a paid treatment are three different numbers. Ask which one the monthly report shows and whether it ties to your booking system.
  5. Who reviews the wording and the images? California requires before and after photos to be comparable and to say results may not occur for all patients. Florida requires a capital letter notice on free or discounted offers. The FDA has sent warning letters over claims that compounded weight loss drugs match approved ones. Your license carries the risk, not the agency.
  6. Where do the client stories come from? The FTC expects typical results to be disclosed and a free or discounted treatment given for a post to be stated. If the agency wants reviews for ads, collect client testimonials yourself, with written consent on file, and hand over only the ones you can stand behind.

Red flags in med spa marketing agency contracts

  • A guaranteed number of new patients with no definition of a patient and no remedy if it misses.
  • A twelve month term on paid ads, where you know within 90 days whether the account works.
  • Reports in leads and impressions only, with no booked or paid visits.
  • Ad accounts, a website or a phone number held in the agency's name.
  • Before and after ads on Meta as the core creative. Meta lists those transformations among restricted cosmetic ad content, so the plan depends on ads that may not run.
  • Exclusivity sold as a feature without a radius in writing. Skinspire states up to 20 miles and Pronk one practice per city. Others say nothing.

Where AI marketing software fits next to an agency

Most of what a program fee pays for is production: writing the treatment offer, building the Google and Meta campaigns, rotating the creative, sending the rebooking emails and reporting each month. That is the part software now does. AiMarketer for med spas writes those campaigns in your practice's voice, checks the wording against the claims you block, launches them after you approve and moves budget toward the treatments that book. Growth is $149 a month, or $1,788 a year, against $24,000 for the least expensive ad program in the table.

It does not build websites, run SEO, shoot video or answer your phones. If nobody can find you on Google Maps, an SEO consultancy at $1,450 to $2,500 a month is the right first purchase. A practice spending $8,000 or more a month on ads that wants a strategist and a film day still gets value from a program agency. For the half of the market spending under $2,500 a month in total, the cheaper path is to keep the site and booking system you have, pay for production in software and put the difference into the ads. AI marketing agency versus software walks through that choice, the Google Ads management cost guide covers the search side, and the pricing page lists what each plan includes. Practices that also run an optical can compare optometry marketing agency pricing on the same terms.

Frequently asked

How much does a med spa marketing agency cost?

Med spa marketing agencies that publish a price charge $1,450 to $9,870 a month in fees. SEO alone runs $750 to $2,500 for one location. A program with ads starts at $1,495 to $2,000, sits at $3,000 to $4,900 in the middle and reaches $5,500 to $9,870 at the top. Setup runs from nothing to $10,000, and ad spend is extra at every agency that states a position.

How much do med spa marketing packages cost per month?

Published med spa marketing packages cost $2,000, $3,000, $5,500 and $7,500 a month at Pronk, $3,495, $4,495 and $6,995 per location at Med Spa Magic Marketing, $3,600, $4,900 and $9,870 at Beauty Brand Builders, and $2,000, $3,500 and $5,500 at Click Track Marketing. None of those fees includes the ad budget.

How much should a med spa spend on marketing?

There is no neutral survey. Growth99, a vendor, says the average med spa invests about 7 percent of revenue in marketing, with a range of 2 to 15 percent, and attributes that to the AmSpa 2024 report. On AmSpa's average revenue of $1,398,833 that is about $8,160 a month by our arithmetic. Growth99 also reports that 52 percent of practices spend under $2,500 a month.

Is ad spend included in med spa marketing agency pricing?

No. Every agency we read that states a position bills ad spend separately, paid by you to Google or Meta. Some set a minimum. Med Spa Magic Marketing requires $5,000 a month or more on its entry growth program and $10,000 or more on its top one. Eze Advertising recommends $5,000 to $10,000. Ask for the minimum before you compare fees.

Are med spa marketing agency contracts long?

Shorter than most owners expect. The most common published pattern is 90 days, then month to month on 30 days notice, at Skinspire, Click Track Marketing and Med Spa Magic Marketing. Pronk asks for six months on its upper programs and Redefine Web for six months on SEO. The Search Sherpa and Tandem Medical Marketing bill month to month.

Is a med spa marketing agency worth it?

An agency is worth it when its fee is a small share of the revenue it adds. At the $527 average visit AmSpa reports, a $3,500 monthly fee needs about seven extra visits a month to cover itself, and about sixteen once a $5,000 ad budget is added. A practice that only needs ads, emails and posts produced each week can buy that as software for $49 to $499 a month.

Prices were read on each agency's own site in October 2026 unless labeled as third party. Year one totals and visit counts are our arithmetic on those prices and on the AmSpa 2024 State of the Industry figures. This is a planning summary, not legal advice.
