The short answer
White label marketing software is sold at four depths, and the price follows the depth. Branded reports cost $20 a report on Semrush or $25 a client on AgencyAnalytics. A branded client dashboard on your own domain starts at $54 a month on DashThis. The whole app on your domain costs $199 on DashClicks and $297 on GoHighLevel. A branded mobile app in the app stores adds $497 a month on GoHighLevel. For a ten-client agency the realistic range is $139 to $499 a month. Every one of these puts your logo on software. None of them produces the campaigns the client is paying you for.
Prices were read from each vendor's own US pricing page or help center in September 2026. Where a vendor publishes no price, the table says so instead of guessing.
Four different products are sold as white label marketing software
Search results mix a CRM you can resell, a reporting dashboard, an email sender and a website builder into one list, as if they were substitutes. Decide which of these you are buying first, because the business model behind each one is different: some you resell as a login, others you wrap inside a retainer.
| Kind | Examples | How the agency makes money | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Resellable whole platform | GoHighLevel, Vendasta, DashClicks | You sell the software itself as a monthly subscription, often bundled with setup, and mark up usage such as SMS and email | Agencies whose product is a login: local business CRM, funnels, reviews, texting |
| White-label reporting | AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Semrush Pro reports, SE Ranking Agency Pack | You sell a retainer and the branded dashboard proves the work | Service agencies running SEO, PPC and social for clients |
| White-label channel tool | SocialPilot, Sendible, BigMailer, ActiveCampaign agency program | You run one channel for many clients inside an app that carries your name | Social media or email agencies with a single core service |
| White-label website builder | Duda | You build and host client sites on a platform the client can log into as yours | Web design agencies selling care plans |
White label marketing software prices, plan by plan
The column that matters most is the second one: the cheapest plan that actually includes white label. On several platforms the entry price you see first does not, and the branding sits one or two tiers up.
| Platform | Cheapest plan with white label | What the client sees under your brand | What the bill is metered on |
|---|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | Unlimited, $297 a month or $2,970 a year. The $97 Starter has no white label | The whole web app on your subdomain with your logo. Branded mobile app is an extra $497 a month | Flat, with unlimited sub-accounts, users and contacts. SMS, email and AI usage billed on top and rebillable |
| Vendasta | Professional, $499 a month minimum on a one-year contract. Starter at $99 is co-branded only | Client portal on your domain with your logo and renamed products, no Vendasta mention | Team seats (5 included, $35 each after). Wholesale product purchases count toward the minimum |
| DashClicks | Pro, $199 a month, or $1,788 a year | Dashboard on your domain with your logo, colors and login image, and emails from your sending domain | Flat, with unlimited users and sub-accounts. White-label fulfillment services are paid per order |
| AgencyAnalytics | Its only plan, $25 per client a month, or $20 billed annually | Client portal and reports with your logo, colors, custom domain and custom email | Clients, counted on subscription rather than activity |
| DashThis | Individual, $54 a month or $44 annually, for 3 dashboards | Dashboards with all DashThis branding removed, on your domain, with your logo | Dashboards and data sources. Professional is $164 for 10 dashboards |
| SocialPilot | Ultimate, $200 a month or $170 annually. Premium at $100 brands the reports only | The app on your custom domain, branded login, and system emails from your domain | 50 social accounts included, $4 per extra account |
| SE Ranking | Core plus Agency Pack, $103.20 plus $69 a month, annual billing only | Branded SEO platform and reports sent from your domain, with 10 client seats | Projects and seats |
| Semrush | Pro report, $20 per report per month | Reports with your logo, on your domain, with Semrush not shown as the sender | Reports, plus a Semrush subscription for the data |
| Duda | White Label, $199 a month or $149 annually | The whole website builder, dashboard and platform emails on your domain | 4 published sites included, $17 each after, plus 6 team seats |
| BigMailer | Business Pro, $15 per 5,000 contacts, from $60 a month | The email app on your domain with your logo (not your colors) | Total contacts across every client brand |
| Sendible and ActiveCampaign | Not quoted here | Sendible brands the dashboard, login and emails; ActiveCampaign rebrands resold accounts | Sendible sells white label as an add-on with no clean published price. ActiveCampaign discounts list price 25 to 55 percent by resold account volume |
What your client actually sees at each price
"White label" covers anything from a logo on a PDF to an app in the App Store under your agency's name. Pay for the depth your clients will touch, not the deepest tier on the page.
Depth 1
Branded reports
From $20 a report
A PDF or link with your logo, sent from your address. Fine when clients only read results once a month. Semrush Pro reports, SocialPilot Premium.
Depth 2
Branded dashboard
From $54 a month
A live dashboard on a URL like reports.youragency.com. The level most service retainers need. DashThis, AgencyAnalytics.
Depth 3
Whole app on your domain
From $199 a month
Clients log into software that looks like yours: CRM, inbox, scheduler. Needed only if the login is the product. DashClicks, GoHighLevel, Duda.
Depth 4
Branded mobile app
$497 a month extra
Your agency name in the Apple and Google stores. GoHighLevel sells it as an add-on and you supply both developer accounts.
The same ten-client agency, priced on each platform
Headline prices are not comparable because each vendor meters something different. So take one case, an agency with ten clients, and price the cheapest plan that covers it with white label switched on. Usage charges such as SMS, email sends and ad spend are left out.
| Platform | Monthly billing | Annual billing, per month | How it adds up |
|---|---|---|---|
| DashThis | $164 | $139 | Ten clients at one dashboard each outgrow Individual, so Professional with 10 dashboards and 40 sources. |
| SE Ranking | Annual only | $172.20 | Core at $103.20 plus the $69 Agency Pack. Ten projects and ten client seats fit exactly. |
| DashClicks | $199 | $149 | Flat Pro price. Client count does not move it. |
| SocialPilot | $200 | $170 | Ultimate covers 50 social accounts. At six accounts per client it becomes $240 monthly. |
| AgencyAnalytics | $250 | $200 | Ten clients at $25, or $20 on a one-year commitment. |
| GoHighLevel | $297 | $247.50 | Flat Unlimited price. Add the branded mobile app and it is $794 a month. |
| Duda | $301 | $233 | White Label includes 4 sites; six more at $17 each monthly, or $14 each on annual. |
| Vendasta | $499 minimum | One-year contract | $5,988 committed for the year, with wholesale products you resell counting toward it. |
Watch the meter as you grow, not the ten-client price. Per-client billing on AgencyAnalytics doubles when you reach twenty clients. Flat pricing on DashClicks and GoHighLevel does not move at all, which is why agencies with many small local clients tend to end up there. DashThis steps up in tiers of 10, 25 and 50 dashboards.
Where the vendor's name still shows up
Most white-label failures happen outside the dashboard. Before you sign, check each of these on the trial account, logged in as a client.
The login URL
Without a custom domain the client logs into the vendor's address. Every platform above supports a custom domain, but only on the tier that includes white label.
System emails
Password resets, approval requests and report deliveries often come from the vendor. SocialPilot Ultimate, DashClicks and AgencyAnalytics send from your domain; check the rest on trial.
Support
A vendor chat bubble or help link inside the app gives the game away. BigMailer, for example, removes its own live chat for your clients, so the support load moves to you.
The mobile app
If clients expect an app, a vendor-branded one undoes the web branding. GoHighLevel is the only platform here that publishes a price for a branded store app: $497 a month.
Billing
If the vendor invoices your client, the name is on the receipt. With BigMailer and the ActiveCampaign agency program, you bill clients yourself.
The contract
Vendasta's white label comes with a one-year term. Agreeing to twelve months of software for a client on a three-month retainer is a margin risk, not a branding one.
The part white label software leaves to your team
Look back at the ten-client table. Every product on it gives your agency a branded place to show work. None of them makes the work. The campaign plans, the ad copy, the posts, the emails and the commentary in the monthly report still come from people on your payroll, and that production time is what decides whether a $1,500 retainer is profitable.
That is the gap we built AiMarketer for. Each client brand gets its own workspace, the agent drafts the plan, the ads, the content and the report for that brand, your team approves before anything publishes, and the report goes out under your logo. On the Scale plan that is $499 a month for up to 15 client brands, or $33 a brand when the book is full.
We are not a resellable CRM, and we do not give clients a login under your brand. If selling software seats is your business model, GoHighLevel or DashClicks is the right purchase and we would say so. If your business model is selling results, we sit underneath the reporting tool you already use and take production off your team.
What a Scale workspace covers per client brand
- Plan. Channels, angles and offers for the quarter, with reasoning your account manager can edit.
- Produce. Search and social ad variants, posts and emails in the client's voice.
- Approve. Internal review and client sign-off steps per brand, so nothing ships unseen.
- Report. A plain-English performance report under your agency's logo, ready to forward.
What to buy, by how your agency makes money
You sell software to local businesses
GoHighLevel, $297
Unlimited sub-accounts on a flat price, the app on your domain, and rebilling of SMS and email. Move to Agency Pro at $497 when you want SaaS mode and markup on usage.
You sell SEO, PPC or social retainers
A reporting tool, $139 to $250
DashThis if clients use few data sources, AgencyAnalytics if you want a full client portal and can live with per-client billing. Pair it with a production layer so the report has work behind it.
You run one channel for many clients
The channel tool, $60 to $200
SocialPilot Ultimate for social, BigMailer Business Pro for email on your domain. Both bill on accounts or contacts, so price your largest client before you commit.
Your retainers are losing margin to production
AiMarketer Scale, $499
Up to 15 client brands with approvals and white-label reports. The saving is hours per account, which is what a cheaper dashboard cannot give you.

Questions agencies ask about white label marketing software
How much does white label marketing software cost?
For a US agency with ten clients, published prices run from about $139 a month for white-label dashboards on DashThis to $297 a month for GoHighLevel's whole platform on your own domain, and $499 a month minimum on a one-year contract for Vendasta. Per-client reporting on AgencyAnalytics is $25 a client monthly or $20 billed annually.
What is the best white label marketing platform for agencies?
It depends on what you resell. To sell software logins with CRM, funnels and SMS, GoHighLevel Unlimited at $297 is the most complete published option. To sell done-for-you work with branded reporting, AgencyAnalytics or DashThis covers the client-facing layer. For social-only retainers, SocialPilot Ultimate at $200 puts the whole app on your domain.
Is GoHighLevel white label?
Yes, from the $297 Unlimited plan up. HighLevel's own plan comparison marks white-labeling for Unlimited and Agency Pro, not for the $97 Starter. Unlimited puts the web app on your subdomain with your logo. A branded mobile app in the app stores is an extra $497 a month, and you need your own Apple and Google developer accounts.
Can I resell white label software to my clients?
Yes, that is what the whole-platform tier is built for. GoHighLevel Agency Pro at $497 adds SaaS mode, automatic sub-account creation and rebilling with markup. Vendasta and DashClicks let you sell their products under your brand too. Reporting tools such as DashThis are branded, but you sell the service around them rather than the login.
Do clients know I am using white label software?
Not if the brand never leaks, and most leaks are not in the app. They come from the login URL, the sender address on system emails, a vendor support chat widget, and the name on the invoice. Custom domains and custom sending domains close the first two. You close the last two by handling support and billing yourself.
Can you white label AI marketing for clients?
Yes. The practical version is per-client workspaces with the AI producing campaign plans, ad copy and posts behind the scenes, an approval step before anything publishes, and reports that go out under your logo. The client sees your agency's work and your report. AiMarketer's Scale plan does this for up to 15 client brands at $499 a month.
