The demo above drafts a real campaign plan, ad copy and channel split for a client in about 30 seconds. A reporting tool tells the client what happened. This is the work the report is about.
The short answer: agency reporting software costs between $20 and $1,000 a month for most agencies, and the price you pay depends far more on how the vendor meters you than on its headline number. Some charge per client (AgencyAnalytics $20, Oviond $4), some per dashboard (DashThis from $44), some per connected data source (Swydo from $69), and some a base fee plus client packs (Databox Agency from $79, all billed annually). For a 15-client agency that needs white-label reports, the mainstream tools cost $265 to $499 a month. At 40 clients the spread widens to $429 to $999, and the cheapest tool at 5 clients is not the cheapest at 40.
Every price below is the US dollar price read from the vendor's own pricing page, page scripts or help center on 15 and 16 September 2026. Several of these vendors show European visitors euro prices and even different plans, so nothing here is converted.
Agency reporting software pricing, tool by tool
Read the meter column first. It tells you what makes the bill grow, and that matters more than the entry price once you sign your tenth client.
| Tool | Published US price | What it meters | White label |
|---|---|---|---|
| AgencyAnalytics | $25 per client a month, $20 billed annually. No minimum | Clients. Sources, reports and users unlimited | Included, with custom domain and email |
| DashThis | $54 / $164 / $324 / $499 a month for 3 / 10 / 25 / 50 dashboards. Annual: $44 / $139 / $279 / $429 | Dashboards, with 4 sources per dashboard | Included on every plan |
| Swydo | $69 a month for the first 10 sources, then $4.50 each to 100 and $3 each to 500. 10% off annually | Connected data sources, graduated | Included |
| Databox Agency | $99 a month ($79 annually) for 4 clients and 20 sources, plus $25 ($20) per client pack | Base plus packs of 1 client and 5 sources | Add-on: $250 a month, $200 annually |
| Oviond | $5 per client a month, $4 annually, 10-client minimum | Clients. Sources and users unlimited | Included |
| Reporting Ninja | $25 / $50 / $88 / $150 a month for 10 / 30 / 70 / 150 reports. 20% off annually | Reports, and accounts of each platform type | Included, with branded client portal |
| Whatagraph | Max from $812 a month, annual billing only. Prime quote only | Source credits (50 on Max) | Included on Max. Custom domain on Prime |
| Klipfolio (agency plans) | $180 / $270 / $490 / $1,025 a month for 5 / 15 / 30 / 80 clients. Annual: $160 / $240 / $440 / $900 | Clients and dashboards | From Pro, or a $299 add-on |
| Supermetrics + Looker Studio | Starter $55, Growth $222 a month. Annual: $44, $177 | Data sources, accounts per source, users | No white-label product |
| Porter Metrics + Looker Studio | $15 for 1 account, flat $100 for 13 to 20, then $5 down to $2 per account | Connected accounts, volume-banded | Included on paid plans |
| NinjaCat | Quote only | Not published | Not published |
Nearly all of them offer a 14 or 15 day trial without a card, so the trial itself is not a differentiator. AgencyAnalytics adds a 30-day money-back guarantee. Two Minute Reports and Reportz also publish prices, but neither states clearly whether white label is included, so we left them out of the comparison below rather than guess.
What each tool costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients
Sticker prices are hard to compare because each vendor counts something different. So here is one agency priced three times. The assumptions are deliberately ordinary: every client has four connected sources (GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta Ads, for example), gets one dashboard or report, and at 15 and 40 clients the reports must go out under your brand. Figures are the monthly cost on annual billing, computed from the published rates above.
| Tool | 5 clients, 20 sources | 15 clients, 60 sources, white label | 40 clients, 160 sources, white label |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reporting Ninja | $20 | $40 | $70 |
| Oviond | $40 (10-client minimum) | $60 | $160 |
| Porter Metrics + Looker Studio | $83 | $200 | $280 |
| Swydo | $103 | $265 | $589 |
| AgencyAnalytics | $100 | $300 | $800 |
| DashThis | $139 | $279 | $429 |
| Klipfolio | $160 | $440 | $900 |
| Databox Agency | $99 | $499 | $999 |
| Whatagraph | From $812 | Over $812, credits unpriced | Quote |
How the harder rows were worked out. Swydo at 40 clients is $69 for the first 10 sources, 90 sources at $4.50 and 60 at $3, which is $654 before the 10 percent annual discount. Databox at 15 clients needs 11 extra client packs, so $79 plus 11 times $20 plus $200 for white label. Porter at 160 accounts falls in the 150 to 199 band, where $2.10 applies to every account: $336 a month, or $280 with two months free on annual billing. DashThis at 40 clients means the 50-dashboard tier, which also covers 200 sources.
Why the cheapest tool at 5 clients is not the cheapest at 40
Look at DashThis and AgencyAnalytics. At 5 clients AgencyAnalytics is cheaper by $39 a month. At 40 clients DashThis is cheaper by $371 a month, because a tier that covers 50 dashboards costs the same whether you use 26 of them or 50. Per-client pricing is predictable and fair, but it never gets cheaper per client. Tier pricing is lumpy, but it rewards you for filling the tier.
Source-based pricing punishes a different thing: channel sprawl. A Swydo client who adds TikTok and LinkedIn costs you two more sources even if their retainer did not move. That is fine for a PPC shop where every client runs Google and Meta and nothing else. It gets expensive for a full-service agency where the average client has six or seven connected accounts.
Base-plus-pack pricing, the Databox model, stacks both meters and then adds white label as a separate line. It is the model most likely to surprise an agency at renewal, which is why Databox fits in-house teams tracking one business better than an agency tracking forty.
The white-label line that reorders the ranking
At 5 clients Databox looks like one of the cheapest options at $99. Add its branding and white-labeling add-on, $200 a month billed annually, and the same five clients cost $299. That single line is the difference between the fourth-cheapest and the second-most-expensive tool in the table. Klipfolio behaves the same way below its Pro plan: its Starter and Lite agency plans carry your logo but not a full white label, and the White-Label Bundle is $299 a month on top.
If you send reports to clients under your own name, check the white-label row before you compare anything else. AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo, Oviond, Reporting Ninja and Porter include it. Supermetrics has no white-label product at all, since the dashboards live in Looker Studio and branding them is your job. We cover the wider set of tools you can resell or brand as your own, and what each costs at 10 clients, in white label marketing software.
Connector stacks: Looker Studio plus Supermetrics or Porter
A lot of agencies start on Looker Studio because it costs nothing. The price moves to the connectors. Google's own sources are included, but Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and most email platforms need a paid connector, and that is where Supermetrics and Porter Metrics come in. Supermetrics Growth at $177 a month billed annually covers 6 data sources with 7 accounts each, and its self-serve extras top out around 22 accounts per source, so a 40-client agency is in quote territory. Porter meters every connected account on a sliding band, which gets cheap at volume.
The hidden cost is maintenance. Someone on your team owns the templates, fixes the chart that broke when a connector changed a field name, and notices when a data source quietly stopped refreshing. Agencies that pipe everything into a warehouse first often add monitoring that flags stale or missing data before a client sees a flat line and asks why. If you would rather not own any of that, a packaged tool at $20 to $30 a client is usually cheaper than the hours.
Reporting cost as a share of your retainer
Take a 15-client agency with an average retainer of $2,000 a month. That is $30,000 in monthly revenue. A $300 reporting bill is 1 percent of it. Even Databox at $499 is under 2 percent. If assembling reports by hand takes two hours per client per month, the tool is replacing 30 hours of staff time, which at a loaded $50 an hour is $1,500. Almost any tool on this list pays for itself on that math.
So the real question is not whether to pay but which meter tracks your business. If you bill clients a flat retainer and your roster is growing, per-client pricing moves in step with revenue. If your client count is stable and you want the lowest predictable number, a dashboard tier wins. If your clients are small and run two channels each, source pricing is the cheapest. Which one to buy
- Under 10 clients, one standard monthly report each: Reporting Ninja or Oviond. Lowest price, white label included, and you will not miss the depth.
- 10 to 25 clients, growing roster: AgencyAnalytics. $20 a client is easy to price into every proposal, and nothing else changes the bill.
- A stable roster of 25 to 50 clients: DashThis. The 50-dashboard tier at $429 is the best value on the list once it is reasonably full.
- PPC-only agencies with two or three accounts per client: Swydo. Source pricing is cheapest when clients are narrow.
- Agencies selling presentation polish to larger clients: Whatagraph, if you are comfortable budgeting from a quote. If you are leaving AgencyAnalytics specifically, we compared the options in AgencyAnalytics alternatives.
What a reporting tool will not do
Every product above reports on work someone else did. It pulls the numbers after the month is over and formats them. None of them plans the next campaign, writes the ads, or moves budget toward what worked, and the commentary clients actually read (what happened and what we are changing) is still written by hand.
That is the gap AiMarketer fills. The agent plans each client's campaigns, drafts the ads and posts, launches them on your approval and moves budget toward what performs, so the weekly report explains why a number moved because the same system made the change. The Scale plan is $499 a month for up to 15 brands, with approval workflows per brand and white-label reports included. For a 15-client agency that is close to the price of a reporting tool alone, with the production work attached. Above 15 brands, keep a per-client reporting tool for the rest of the roster. If you are building the wider budget, our guide to AI marketing platform pricing puts these numbers next to the rest of the stack.
Questions people ask about agency reporting software pricing
How much does agency reporting software cost?
Published US prices run from about $20 a month for a 10-report plan to $812 a month for an annual-only enterprise tier. For a typical agency with 15 clients and white-label reports, the mainstream tools land between $265 and $500 a month on annual billing: Swydo about $265, DashThis $279, AgencyAnalytics $300 and Databox $499 once its white-label add-on is included.
How much does AgencyAnalytics cost?
AgencyAnalytics charges $25 per client per month on monthly billing, or $20 per client billed annually, with no minimum. There is one plan with unlimited data sources, reports, staff and client users, and white label is included. Rank tracking and AI credits are paid add-ons, and agencies above about 25 clients can ask sales for volume terms.
How much does DashThis cost?
DashThis prices by dashboard count: $54 a month for 3 dashboards, $164 for 10, $324 for 25 and $499 for 50 on monthly billing, or $44, $139, $279 and $429 billed annually. Each tier also caps connected sources at four per dashboard. White label, unlimited users and integrations are included on every plan.
How much does Whatagraph cost?
Whatagraph publishes a single starting price for US buyers: its Max plan is from $812 a month, billed annually, with no monthly option. Max includes 50 source credits, where one credit is one connected account. Extra credits and the Prime tier are quote only, so a larger agency cannot price Whatagraph without a sales call.
What is the cheapest client reporting tool for agencies?
On published prices, Reporting Ninja is cheapest at $20 to $70 a month billed annually for 10 to 70 reports, followed by Oviond at $4 per client billed annually with a 10-client minimum. Both include white label. The catch is depth: they suit one standard monthly report per client better than live, heavily customized dashboards.
Is Looker Studio free for agencies?
Looker Studio itself costs nothing for creators and viewers, and Google now brands it Data Studio. The cost moves to the connectors: native Google sources are included, but Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok data usually needs a paid connector such as Supermetrics from $55 a month or Porter Metrics from $15 for one account.
